I just got these in the mail today and they are amazing. The packaging is nice and they give you instructions. Also a sample of lubricant for easy insertion which helped. At first they do seem a bit large and intimidating but once using them it is fine. They stay in place on their own you just have to turn them until you get the right fit. I had them backwards at first! You can really feel them working, movement seems to make them work more, and there is no noise at all. Very good quality and descreet enough to use in public! Buy these...worth the money!
